We understand the complexities of managing mental health conditions and their impact on daily functioning.
We can assist with temporary disability forms while patients are actively undergoing intensive treatment. This includes close monitoring of appointments and treatment progress to ensure ongoing eligibility and appropriate care.
However, we only provide short-term disability support letters under the following conditions:
The patient is engaged in intensive treatment programs such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Inpatient Treatment, or similar treatment.
The patient is attending frequent appointments deemed medically necessary.
The patient can provide proof of participation and active engagement with the recommended treatment plan.
For further information or to discuss your specific needs, please contact our office directly. We are here to help you navigate your treatment options and support your mental health journey.
Thank you for your understanding.

We offer pharmacogenomic testing that provides valuable insights into how your body may respond to certain medications, helping us tailor your treatment plan to your unique genetic makeup. The test is a simple process that involves providing a saliva sample. The results will empower us to make more informed decisions about the medications that are most likely to be effective for you, potentially minimizing side effects and improving your overall well-being. This test can be beneficial for individuals who are struggling to find the right medication or experiencing significant side effects from their current medication regimen.

We understand the importance of emotional support letters for various purposes. However, at this time, we do not provide letters for emotional support animals for new patients. This ensures that we can fully understand and appropriately address each patient's mental health needs through established and ongoing therapeutic relationships.
